About · Illuminae Productions
We don’t just design events.
We build what people remember.
Illuminae transforms weddings, quinceañeras, Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, milestone celebrations, and corporate events into immersive worlds—designed, fabricated, lit, and produced by one team.
One creative partner
Your story leads.
Every detail follows.
We begin with the feeling you want people to carry home. Then we unite creative direction, scenic design, fabrication, lighting, florals, graphics, and production to make every detail feel like part of one unforgettable story.
One vision
A unified concept guides the room, the stage, the lighting, the graphics, and every guest-facing detail.
Built with purpose
Scenic, floral, fabrication, print, and technical details are developed to work as a complete environment.
Celebrations + brands
From weddings, quinceañeras, Bar Mitzvahs, and Bat Mitzvahs to galas, launches, and brand experiences, we bring the same imagination and production discipline to every room.
Concept to strike
Our team stays accountable through planning, installation, show execution, and the final load-out.
What defines the work
Creative ambition.
Production discipline.
The most memorable events feel effortless to the guest because every decision behind the scenes has been considered.
Craft
We care about materials, proportion, texture, and the quality of the final finish.
Precision
Technical details, schedules, and site realities are treated as part of the design.
Collaboration
We listen closely, communicate clearly, and build around the purpose of the event.
Scale
From intimate rooms to large-format stages, every element is designed for its setting.
Reliability
Thoughtful preparation keeps crews, vendors, venues, and show moments aligned.
Finish
The final details are where an ambitious concept becomes a convincing experience.
How we work
Imagine
We uncover the story, goal, audience, and emotional center of the event.
Engineer
We translate the concept into a practical production plan, schedule, and scope.
Produce
Our teams fabricate, print, source, program, style, and coordinate every element.
Transform
We install and execute the environment so the experience feels complete.
Your vision, fully realized
